Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SNOP! Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
 
Returns
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:
- The item is damaged upon receipt.
- The printed content significantly deviates from the customer-approved artwork.
- The item does not meet the agreed-upon printing specifications.
- The item does not meet the agreed-upon deadline.
- Errors in the print that were not present in the customer-approved file.
- The wrong quantity of items was delivered.
- Print color variations that substantially differ from the customer's color proof.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
 
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items that are specially printed according to your specific requirements.
- Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
- Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
- Print materials with content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Items with printing specifications or artwork approved by the customer, where errors are present in the customer-approved file.
- Clearance or discounted items.
